Returns

Because our items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Please scents and descriptions before adopting your new favorite thing.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • “I thought it would smell/look different”

  • Accidental orders

  • Natural quirks or variations that come with handmade or vintage items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives looking a little worse for wear, don’t panic—just email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your name.

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

  • A quick note about what went wrong

We’ll review everything and, if approved, will provide a refund of the item, minus what it cost us to ship the item to you. Promise we’re kind—but we do stick to the 7-day window.

Shipping Adventures

Once your package is handed off, it’s in the capable (but sometimes chaotic) hands of the postal service. We cannot be responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Items marked “delivered” that go missing

Though we can’t replace these orders, we’re always happy to help you track things down.
